Founded in 2010, Blind Squirrel is a multidisciplinary development studio housing staff members with years of game industry experience. Blind Squirrel is actively seeking projects from publishers in addition to developing our own internal IP’s.

Gaming industry veteran with over 25 years of experience. Brad is the founder and CEO of Blind Squirrel Entertainment, a Star Wars fan, and proud supporter of Arsenal Football Club.

With more than 20 years of experience in media, entertainment and technology (virtual reality, online games, animation, studio operations, studio planning, internet start-ups) Ken has developed broad and deep knowledge of finance and operations domestically and internationally from the standpoint of what needs to be accomplished and how you make it happen.

Gaming and Digital Media Executive with experience in building and providing strategic growth for some of the top brands in our industry including Marvel Entertainment, Sony Pictures Digital, Sony Online Entertainment, Namco and Konami. She is also the founder of Digital Monk, LLC.

Chief Software Architect
As a Chief Software Architect, Matthew has overseen programming work on multiple AAA titles for Blind Squirrel including Bioshock Infinite and Disney Infinity 3.0. Prior to coming to Blind Squirrel, Matthew was lead programmer at inXile Entertainment working on Hunted: The Demon’s Forge and Heist.

Dave is a 20 year veteran of game development. He is known and valued for his “get it done” attitude. His teams and colleagues are universally positive in their regard for him as a leader and manager. As the Executive Producer at Blind Squirrel, Dave is a key collaborator with the art and technology teams and their leadership.

Alan has more than 15 years of experience in the video game industry. With his positive attitude and artistic guidence, the Blind Squirrel art department has grown to handle multiple AAA projects and art styles.

A game developer with 30 years of industry experience, Haydn has a passion for working across multiple disciplines for cohesive, high-quality work that maintains the vision of the brand. Haydn previously was the lead designer on Darksiders, Darksiders II and X2: Wolverines Revenge among many other AAA titles.

Dr. Mark Ollila

Dr. Ollila has considerable experience in driving innovation and new technologies for the Media Technology and Entertainment industries. He is currently General Manager of Devices at Verve, a leader in mobile location-based advertising. Prior to this, Dr. Ollila was at Nokia and Microsoft where he played an integral role in the development and roll-out of Nokia’s services and long-term technology roadmap, including heading up Nokia’s first party publishing business which had global reach in the hundreds of millions.

He was also a core member of the deal team for Nokia and Microsoft in the strategic agreement in 2011. Dr. Ollila is a member of Southern California’s start-up incubator EvoNexus’s selection committee and an expert in residence at UC Irvine Applied Innovation. He also serves as an advisor to multiple companies in entertainment, games and new technology; previously serving on the advisory board of the Game Developers Conference (Mobile) and, until 2010, was a board member of the EMEA Chapter of the Mobile Ecosystem Forum. He was Chairman of the Board of Physics Middleware provider Meqon Research AB (acquired by Ageia and then NVIDIA).

Massoud is a CPA and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. He has over 40 years of Corporate Finance and Corporate Governance experience having led many financings and IPOs of technology focused companies over his 27 years as a Managing Partner at Pricewaterhouse Coopers, and for the past 17 years acted as a Principal and Investor as a Managing Director of TL Ventures LP, an early stage venture capital firm with 6 sequential funds and over $1.2 Billion under management and Zenith Equity Partners. He also has operational experience as the COO of Prime Focus, a multi-Oscar winning Global Services Company to the media and entertainment industry.

Jim Beck was CEO of Nature’s Best, a wholesaler/distributor of natural and organic food products, from May 2005 until August 2014 when the company was sold to strategic, KeHe Distributors. As the Chief Executive, Mr. Beck was responsible for strategic planning, geographic expansion and business development. He also served as the company’s Chief Information Officer, setting IT direction, prioritization, and oversight of project management.
